On May 23, come visit the Arts Council's booth at the Dillard/Goldsboro Alumni & Friends, Inc. homecoming parade. We are excited to offer a free sponsored craft activity, courtesy of the Housing Authority for the City of Goldsboro and Three Eagles Rotary.
