Meet...

Hannah Rivers | Studio 1

Hannah Rivers has a BFA from Clemson University. To further her craft and education, she studied styles and techniques of both classical and contemporary artworks across Italy.

Hannah Rivers employs heavy line work on selected areas and saturated colors to infuse an illustrated feel into her art. She embraces realism to capture life's subtle details, such as nuanced light changes and transitions between colors. The juxtaposition of these two styles creates a dynamic that evokes a childlike wonder with an adult perspective. Working primarily with oil paints and chalk pastels, Hannah brings her unique artistic vision to life.

Meet...

Tracey Penrod | Studio 4

A professional artist and Wayne County native, Tracey Penrod transitioned from teaching to pursue art full-time in 2021. Meet...

Anna Hinson | Studio 3

Anna Hinson, a native of the small military town of Goldsboro, NC, initially vowed never to return after graduating high school. However, upon earning an Art Education degree from East Carolina University, Anna recognized the significance of fostering the arts in Goldsboro. Consequently, she dedicated herself to steering the community toward a thriving arts scene in Wayne County.

Anna wears multiple hats—former high school art teacher, muralist, community advocator—but at her core, she remains an artist. Her expertise in creating one-of-a-kind paintings tailored to individual journeys, coupled with exemplary business practices, has propelled her live painting venture, Amarie Designs, to be the most rewarding choice in Wayne County.

Meet...

Alyssa Penrod | Studio 4

Creating art has always been something I've been drawn to (pun intended) over and over again throughout my life. Inspired by nature and fantasy, I love to create whimsical art pieces. I don't find myself bound to one medium over the other, whether those pieces are tiny wearable art or more illustrative pieces.
